Abstract
In order to facilitate the demonstration of track circuit frequency shift signal in classroom teaching, taking ZPW-2000 series track circuit transmitter as an example, an experiment instrument of track circuit frequency shift signal generator based on FPGA was designed according to its frequency shift signal generation principle, and the timing logic of the experiment instrument was realized by using Verilog language in Quartus II platform. The analysis and comparison of the theoretical calculation and the onboard test results show that when the external crystal oscillator is the standard frequency of 50MHz, the system clock is divided and the frequency shift signal is generated by counting the counter, and its accuracy meets the requirements of TB/T3532-2018 medium frequency shift signal's upper and under frequency error is ±0.15Hz and the low frequency error is ±0.03Hz. The experiment instrument can simulate the coding process of frequency shift signal. Because the power supply of the experiment instrument is 5V DC regulated power supply, so the experiment instrument has the characteristics of stable signal generation and easy to carry, at the same time, it also makes it easier to track circuit frequency-shift signal part of the present teaching task to get rid of laboratory, can be more intuitive for the students in the classroom, make students more in-depth understanding of track circuit code implement principle.
