Abstract

In the recent years, teaching of public computer courses of Minzu Universities of China is confronted with the challenges, such as student computer level variation, teaching content surplus, learning hour deficit. Internet-based e-learning can achieve openness, exploration, individualization in terms of teaching, and is able to increase the interaction efficiently. Blended learning, the combination of e-learning and traditional teaching, is an effective solution to the problem of public computer teaching. The article analyzed the problem of public computer teaching in the universities for nationalities, introduced the design and practice of the blended-learning conducted by the Minzu University of China through open-resource platform Moodle, and provided the suggestions for public computer teaching based on the blended learning.
