Abstract

In order to overcome the problems of turning on and off the street lamp regularly or manually, high energy consumption, and cumbersome fault maintenance and positioning, an intelligent street lamp using edge computing technology is designed: image processing technology is adopted at the terminal node to realize intelligent control of turning on and off the street lamp, and solar power is used to solve the problem of high energy consumption. The network technology Lora is used to the perception layer, and then upload the data to the server to facilitate query and statistics. In this system, edge computing is applied to the street lamp end, which solves the problem of energy consumption, and fault location is convenient and fast.
