Abstract

The design method of ultrasonic fatigue specimen is briefly described, and the size of dog-bone shaped specimen is preliminarily designed by analytical method, which provides reference size for specimen design. Modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the solid model are carried out by ANSYS software, and the natural frequency of aluminum alloy dog-bone specimen is obtained. By controlling a single variable, the natural frequencies of specimens with different sizes are solved respectively, and the influence of resonance length on the natural frequencies of specimens is obtained. According to this rule, the size of the specimen is optimized, so that the natural frequency of the specimen can reach 20000Hz.
