Abstract

Design and optimization of materials for anodes and cathodes were investigated to improve the quality of aluminum and meet more requirements in the electrolytic aluminum metallurgy industry that are using large-scale non-grid-connected wind power. An aluminum air battery is one of the most important application fields in the electrolytic aluminum metallurgy industry chain using non-grid-connected wind. Design and optimization of the Al-electrode, the air electrode and the electrolyte in an aluminum air battery are also discussed.
