Abstract
The purpose of this study is to simulate the flow in the plug nozzle. Further, the evolution of the parameters of this flow was studied. The mass of the nozzle and of the exhaust gases was calculated by the simulation. In addition, all these results are then compared with those obtained by the numerical calculations. In the second part of the study, the method of an approximate method was used to generate the profile of the plug nozzle for different values of heat capacity ratio γ and the number of exit Mach. Finally, our results are com-pared with those obtained numerically and experimentally (available in open literature).
