Abstract

Absrtact-At present, steel structure has been applied in many buildings in China, and has achieved good application effect, especially in the structure of some large construction projects. However, with the passage of time, different degrees of damage and disease will occur in steel structures. It is necessary to adopt the method of regular detection to master the degree and characteristics of steel structure damage so as to provide the basis for structural safety evaluation. At present, the steel structure damage detection instruments are mostly hand-held instruments, the detection operation can not be separated from manual hand-held operation, especially in the underground steel pipeline, underground steel structure and other hidden structure application is insufficient, the use of manual detection is quite inconvenient. Therefore, this paper proposes a kind of detection robot for concealed steel structure, which combines ultrasonic flaw detection instrument and robot to realize the unmanned field of steel structure flaw detection. The robot is used to detect the damage of underground concealed steel structure and steel structure with a certain height on the surface.
