Abstract

In order to improve the adaptability and safety of the driver's cab, this paper takes the racing seats of Formula Student Electric China (FSEC) as the research object, applies the ergonomics theory and combines with the actual needs of FSEC drivers to analyze the adaptability and comfort of the driver's cab. Carbon fiber composites are used as raw materials to meet the requirements of lightweight and high stiffness. In the aspect of seat modeling design, the ergonomics module of CATIA software is used to evaluate the comfort, and the human-machine test bench is used to analyze the adaptability and safety. The stacking scheme analysis and optimization design are carried out based on the composite material processing module of ANSYS finite element analysis software.
