Abstract

AbstractThe paper describes the original robotic system for depalletizing glass containers DP3, which works as a part of an automated food packaging line. This system was developed during the implementation of the project on the introduction of robotics technologies for the food industry in order to improve working conditions, increase the productivity of the enterprise through the modernization of production. The developed robotic system and the method of separation of glass containers implemented in it allows you to automatically select a number of layers of containers standing on transport pallets. The introduction of the described robotics system increased productivity and allowed to eliminate the human factor. The article describes the existing methods of separating the layers of packaging, their comparative analysis is carried out, and the original method used for depalletization of glass containers is proposed. The process of debugging a robotics systemis described and attention is paid to the impact of the work performed on economic processes.KeywordsIndustryInnovation and infrastructure robotics systemDecent work and economic growthGlass containerPallet disassemblyConveyorAutomatic line
