Abstract
The paper Based on the English test system design and implementation of the background of the system in order to realize the system of thought, framework, methods and the key technology points. This dissertation focuses on the reach new examination mode innovation ability through the online examination, and gives the realization process of online automatic test paper, automatic identification, automatic recovery scores and answers. The system provides anew assessment model to improve the quality of education.
