Abstract

Through designing and implementing the rescue support system with the digital platform for flood prevention and mitigation in the Qiantang River basin, this paper proposes an auxiliary rescue support decision-making system based on one-key navigation and summarizes and refines the core technologies of related business digitization. The rescue support system effectively manages the material and team elements of the emergency rescue and organizes the relevant data to realize the unification of the data structure of the rescue process, furnishing an auxiliary decision-making system for the emergency rescue support and laying down a basis for mining the value of the rescue data at a later stage. The technical solutions described in this paper provide references for the construction of auxiliary rescue support decision-making systems in other regions related to flood mitigation and help expand the coverage of flood mitigation information.
