Abstract

As a multi-carrier communication technology, Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) has been widely used in the fields of space optical communication, mobile communication, and power carrier communication. For the traditional FPGA-based or DSP-based OFDM communication system to achieve the problems of high cost, power consumption and other issues, aiming at these problems, the paper will use low-cost, low-power, highly flexible ARM processor as OFDM system platform, given the communication system Design plan and key technology implementation method. In the design of communication systems, the complexity of signal transmission is reduced through the design of frame structures, and modulation and demodulation of OFDM are realized using fixed-point split-based FFT, which greatly improves the efficiency of the communication system. The programming idea of the state machine is introduced into the processing of symbol synchronization.The designed OFDM communication system is tested based on the actual power line channel. The results show that the system is stable and has good anti-interference performance.
