Abstract
The procedures of table cleaning are highly labor-demanding and inefficient at present. Although robots or robotic arms are occasionally used for table cleaning, the cost is high, and there is no disinfection function that becomes necessary at present time. This paper proposes a design of automatic table cleaning control system based on NB-IoT, which is simple to operate and has multiple functions. This paragraph expounds the overall scheme, hardware circuit and realization of control algorithm. In this system, STM32 with ARM Cortex-M3 core is used as the main controller, and the cloud server is used as the intermediary. Through the mobile terminal, remote control information is sent to peripherals, and the NB-IOT (narrow band internet of things) module is used to connect the server or APP terminal, thus realizing the control of hardware peripherals on the APP or web terminal of mobile phone. Particularly, the main control chip STM32F103C8T6 analyzes the control information, the sensor data, the user's control command and the NBIOT module BC26 communication at any time, so as to realize the transmission and upload collected data of the diner's body temperature to Alibaba cloud, and then transmits it to the WeChat applet of the mobile phone for display. At the same time, the “one-button start” command sent from the mobile phone WeChat applet is transmitted in reverse to the main control chip STM32F103C8T6 through BC26 module. It controls the start of the stepping motor, thereby driving the synchronous belt, cleaning the desktop and starting the alcohol spraying disinfection of the dining table. After physically tested, the system not only can monitor the body temperature data of diners in real time on the WeChat applet of mobile phone, but also can realize the functions of automatic table cleaning and alcohol spraying disinfection trigged by remote one-button. This table cleaning system provide a good dining environment for the next table user, while reducing unnecessary contact with people. Thus, this study contributes to the prevention and control of epidemic situation.
