Abstract

The PC end adopts MATLAB as the main body of the host computer, and uses the NRF24L01 wireless communication module to realize the construction of the wireless communication channel. The PID controller is used to control the motor speed. The model parameter optimization based on the simple search algorithm is used to adjust the PID parameters. After parameter optimization, the response speed of the controlled object (DC motor) is increased to 0.13s, the maximum overshoot is reduced to 5%, and the steady-state error is close to zero. In addition, the MATLAB internal GUI is used to design a user interface for users who do not have a programming basis. The user interface sets up two parts for real-time monitoring and PID parameter tuning. In the real-time monitoring part, the user can modify the PID control parameters and visually observe the influence of the control parameters on the control effect; and the PID parameter setting part uses the simplex algorithm to calculate the optimal control parameters for the user.
