Abstract

The travel needs of large companies are becoming larger and larger, leading to huge difficulties in the management and reimbursement of travel at this stage, such as excessive costs, high cost, low efficiency and poor experience. Some of the existing business travel platforms are dedicated to integrating travel resources to save travel expenses. The purpose of travel is convenient. However, there are still obvious deficiencies in the company’s personalized service requirements, paper invoice image recognition technology, and network platform supply and demand. This paper designs a one-stop travel management, which transforms the travel business from offline to online to implement automatic control of the whole process and design a new travel management platform architecture. Practice shows that the travel platform of this paper realizes the unified operation and management of travel business, achieves the purpose of safety, efficiency and convenience, and the platform further intellectualizes the company’s travel management. The platform facilitates employee travel, reduces travel costs, improves travel reimbursement efficiency, and optimizes service experience.
