Abstract
Safety hazard management is one of the core problems in the construction of Safety Management System (SMS) in Air Traffic Management (ATM). There are still many defects for our ATM industries to manage the hazard, therefore, we should use some modern means to construct Hazard Management Information System for ATM to manage hazard effectively. This paper introduces the method of ATM hazard management first, then discusses the hazard assessment method. Finally, realize the Hazard Management Information System for ATM from the ATM for hazard management reality which is based on Browser/Server (B/S) mode. The design mode and the major function model of the system are introduced. It is a good management tool for ATM industries to enhance the efficiency of hazard management.
