Abstract
In order to prevent improper connection between charged equipment and ground wires and fatal accidents of transmission error and improve the safety of the transmission line, this article introduces the design and implementation of grounding line intelligent management system based on the technology of RFID, GSM and GPS. This article describes the framework of the grounding line intelligent management system, software and hardware's design and implementation of the PDA terminals, server-side software design of PC and data transfer protocol between PDA and PC in detail. This system can do real-time monitoring job to the state information, connecting position and the task types of the ground wire all over the work area. It is well applied in some Power Supply Bureau.
