Abstract
In view of the increasing difficulty of comprehensive performance test and evaluation and data processing of electromechanical composite transmission system, a set of comprehensive performance test and evaluation system is designed. Based on PC104 control motherboard, a set of data acquisition device and software are designed to realize the collection and storage of vehicle FlexRay bus or can bus test data. The whole process of the test and the construction method of three-level evaluation index system at component level, system level and vehicle level are comprehensively analyzed, and a set of comprehensive evaluation software covering all functions of the test is designed. Finally, the whole system is verified in bench and real vehicle tests, The results show that the system can meet the needs of the whole process test and evaluation.
