Abstract

Animal laboratory is a place for animal experiments, and its internal environment is limited by relevant national standards. With the development of life science, medicine and other sciences, more and more animal experiments have been carried out, the demand for monitoring the internal environmental parameters of animal laboratories is also increasing. So, the object of the system designed in this paper is the internal environment of an animal laboratory. This paper uses sensor technology, Internet of Things (IoT) technology and database technology, selects six important environmental indicators as research objects, designs and makes a remote real-time environmental monitoring system. The system uses sensors to collect data on temperature, relative humidity, light intensity, air pressure, ammonia concentration and PM5 concentration in animal laboratories, then store and display remotely these data for remote viewing by staff at any time.
