Abstract

In this paper, an ultra-low power wireless sensor network was proposed which can be used for indoor environment monitoring. It can be used to real-time monitor temperature, humidity, flooding, flow, pressure, liquid level and material level with these ultra-low wireless sensors. These sensors communicate with the base station through the custom wireless communication protocol; the background and the sensors realize the communication and the control through the 485 bus, finally the industrial system data acquisition and the intelligent control are realized. In addition, the design of ultra-low power wireless sensor, and the use of large accounts for the wireless interface protocol is the acquisition, the node can work continuously for more than 6 years at 5 s intervals. The proposed method resolved from the fundamental the energy problem of wireless sensor nodes, which really to make the sensor nodes become free maintenance equipment. Otherwise the volume of the node is 45 mm×24 mm×18.5 mm, which is smaller to be Installed at the test point. The development and application of this kind of sensor network will promote the development and application of wireless sensor network.
