Abstract

To improve the interfacial contact of PdO and CexOy, a novel nanotube PdO/CexOy with coaxial structure was designed and synthesized through combining electrospinning with carbonization. The structure and component of the composites were characterized using FT-IR, XRD, XPS, BET, TGA, TEM, FE-SEM, EIS and ICP techniques. The catalytic performance of ligand-free PdO-CexOy composite nanocatalyst was evaluated for Suzuki coupling reaction, and it exhibited excellent catalytic activity under mild aerobic conditions without using toxic solvents and inert protective atmosphere, achieving green catalysis.
