Abstract
Following a review of the design and construction of a prototype circuit for pilot tone aided carrier recovery, experimental test results are presented. These results demonstrate the circuit's ability to provide a feasible, reliable and economic solution for reference signal recovery. The many potential applications benefits of reference signal recovery include improved bit error rate performance for wireless modems. >
