Abstract

To solve the problem of magnetic field measurement during electromagnetic launch, a projectile-borne storage testing system of low frequency and strong magnetic field is proposed. The commercial linear Hall sensor combined with integrated chip is used to realize small volume and high precision data recovery. The testing system is calibrated in the pulsed magnetic field generator of Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Research Center. Moreover, the shielding effectiveness of conductive and magnetic materials is considered, and the shielding effectiveness of common conductive and magnetism material is completed. The results show that the projectile-borne storage testing system can be used to measure the magnetic flux density distribution of ammunition and fuze during electromagnetic launch, which provides a reference for the electromagnetic adaptability design.
