Abstract
With the goal of providing pleasant shopping experience, reduced billing delay and flaw free shopping a Smart Shopping Cart was developed in this proposed work. The idea of Smart Shopping Cart is becoming popular and its need is increasing day by day. But even then in developed countries it is not very popular idea because of its high expensive implementation. So only way we are going to be successful in bringing the smart shopping cart in developing countries is by coming up with less expensive implementation. The main idea of the system is to give a technology oriented, low-cost and easily accessible system for supporting the customer shopping. It can reduce the time consumption and burden on the customer during the billing process. Maintenance cost of the shop can be reduced by implementing the concept of smart shopping cart. More features have been included in the system, so that it can work smoothly and efficiently. The system can easily detect any change in the weight that is more than 1 gram with the accuracy of 98.98%.
