There are high temperature, dust and potential safety hazards in on-site manual operation; Based on the upgrading of the feeding control system of a calciner, this paper develops an intelligent feeding control system integrating wireless control technology, coded displacement sensor, radar obstacle avoidance, weighing and metering, programmable controller and other modern control technologies. The system realizes the automatic navigation and accurate positioning of the feeding vehicle through segmented braking and parking algorithm and speed adaptive algorithm, Automatic feeding realizes the purpose of Safe Obstacle Avoidance and unattended.
