Abstract
At present, the product quality analysis of cigarette industrial enterprises has shortcomings such as too abstract appearance defect data and ineffective use of process quality data, which limits the breadth and depth of product quality analysis. Based on this, a cigarette product external quality portrait platform was designed and built. By collecting the quality data and defect images of various attributes of cigarette products, production process and finished product inspection, the product quality can be comprehensively and concretely described, helping quality managers to better accurately and quickly identify quality abnormalities, improve process quality risk management and control capabilities, promote product quality improvement, and achieve continuous improvement in quality management capabilities.
