Abstract

The realization of distribution automation is the demand of power system development, and feeder self-healing technology is the core of distribution automation. For the typical feeder self-healing control schemes of centralized and local distribution in master station, the processing logic flow is introduced respectively, and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. In view of the local feeder self-healing can not judge the supply and demand of the downstream of the fault area, considering the load capacity and load margin of the tie line, a collaborative feeder self-healing control scheme for distribution network is proposed. According to the collaborative mode of local fault isolation, restoration of upstream power supply in the fault area and restoration of downstream power supply in the master station, the optimal restoration of power supply in the downstream of the fault area is realized. Theoretical analysis and engineering application show that the proposed cooperative self-healing control scheme has strong engineering practicability
