Abstract
Auto-brush electroplating technique and equipment are studied,a particular description of design and application of the process control expert system is given.The expert system includes a database for keep data,expert program for self-study and opera- tion program for application.Auto-brush electroplating technique made good application gains with the expert system.The nano-composite coating containing n-SiC/Ni is prepared.As compared with manual-coating,the auto-coating's surface morphology is flatter and more compact,size of the grain formed the surface is smaller and average.The structure of auto-coating is denser than the manual-coating's.The auto-coating's wear resistance is more excellent and the micro-hardness improves 8% than the man- ual-coating's.
