Abstract

With the development of electric, intelligent and networked vehicles, automotive electronics and appliances, which support the increasing functional complexity of vehicles, account for an increasing proportion of manufacturing costs. High quality, low cost wire harness design has gain rapid development. This paper carries out there search from the design of overall wire harness network topology connection, overall wire harness power distribution system, overall wire harness overlapping contacts, overall wire harness unit principles, overall wire harness layout. Based on the above, overall wire harness design technology and application of intelligent electric vehicle under new framework are formed, with the decreasing such as the total amount of connectors, loops and whole vehicle terminals. Besides, the wiring harness design technology and application can achieve the purpose of improving electrical connection performance and reliability while reducing vehicle manufacturing costs and weight.
