Abstract

Elevator is an indispensable vertical transportation tool in the modern field, and has made great contributions to the high-rise transportation. This paper studies and designs an elevator variable-frequency speed control system controlled by PLC, which has good use value and social significance. This design is inspired by the elevator control system, and takes it as the main research object. By understanding its working principle, this paper discusses and analyzes the specific design scheme. The design function of the elevator variable frequency speed regulation control system is comprehensive. The elevator lift is controlled by the frequency converter, with stable speed regulation and comfortable personnel. In case of overload, clamping, etc., the emergency door opening function can be activated to make the elevator stop working temporarily and send an alarm signal in time. After the fault is removed and the automatic door closing is performed, the elevator will continue to operate. According to the system control requirements, the system flow chart, hardware system and software system are designed. S7-200 PLC controller of Siemens brand is used as the main technology to control the action of elevator variable frequency speed control system. Finally, the software of configuration king is used to simulate the operation of the elevator variable-frequency speed control system program, and the function of the control system is simulated to achieve the effect of stable variable-frequency operation of the elevator.
