Abstract

In view of the large-scale distributed generation and interactive load in distribution network, the introduction of synchronous phasor measurement technology can improve the observability of distribution network. This paper designs a distribution network operation control system based on synchronous phasor measurement information, fully considers the type and processing method of synchronous phasor measurement data in the system, designs a reasonable hardware and software architecture, sets up a mass data bus network and a high-speed data bus network according to the functional distribution on the hardware, and layers the distributed frame on the software. In the architecture design, the data flow direction and information exchange scheme of external system are proposed, and the integration mode of functional modules is designed according to the application requirements. Through the application of the distribution network operation control system based on synchronous phasor measurement information, the access problems of large-scale distributed generators, electric vehicles and interactive loads are solved, which provides a platform basis for the future upgrading and transformation of distribution network automation.
