Design and Application of College Students' Psychological Data Mining and Analysis System

Abstract

The traditional statistical analysis method of students' psychological problems cannot meet the needs of in-depth analysis. In this paper, C4.5 algorithm of data mining technology is applied to classify the situation of students' psychological database and corresponding results are analyzed. Then the influencing factors of college students' psychology are obtained. The mental health status of college students is predicted to provide decision support for college students' mental health education. Finally, taking the psychological problem data of students in certain university in 2018 as the research object, this paper analyzes the data of college students' psychological problems by decision trees. The main work includes: determining the mining object and mining target; preprocessing the original data according to the characteristics of the data, etc. The system test structure shows that the data mining psychological management system proposed in this paper can provide good guidance for college students' mental health education.
