Abstract

This paper analyzes the problem of exchange terminal information based on existing space systems (such as Iridium satellites, maritime satellites, etc.). Collected users' requires and respected the frequency allocation allowed by the ITU, a Duplex space-based IoT user communication system based on VHF band is designed. Based on the analysis of the roll change of the collection terminal in conditions of sea wind level 3&5, the influence of the two conditions on the user's communication link is deduced, and the reliability of the communication link in the harsh sea conditions is proved. At the same time, the idea of counteracting the influence of the harsh sea conditions is given, which can be used as the direction of the next work.
