Abstract
A fractal antenna with triangular shape was introduced for Electromagnetic (EM) energy harvesting. Proposed antennas were designed at 10GHz using IE3D EM simulator software. Bandwidth plays very important role in wireless communication systems. More band width helps in collection of more energy from the atmosphere. Proposed multi band antenna of 0th iteration 9.8GHz, 15GHz and of 1st iteration 15.5GHz, 22GHz, 27GHz were achieved. Antennas with 0th and 1st iteration have 530MHz, 1220MHz and 410MHz, 1710MHz, 1820MHz respectively. The presented antenna can be very useful for radiofrequency (RF) energy harvesting system and can be used for many more applications.
