Abstract

The intended focus of this chapter is on articles related to the design of experiments and on articles which either present practical data analysis methodology or develop theoretical ideas which have implication for data analysis in educational research. Thus, attention is drawn to a note on curve fitting with correlated observations and to a discursive article on experimental inference as well as to the use of balanced sets of latin squares. In addition, a number of important articles which do not fit nicely into the framework of other chapters in this issue have been included.
