Abstract
This work shows the main keys for access to employment and some alternatives for this concerning to unemployed people older than 45 years, provided by experts on training and employment. The study is tackled through a discourse analysis of interviews to experts. The results stand out the orientation and qualification between the recommendations for access to employment; and entrepreneurship, submerged economy and mentoring between the employment alternatives. The conclusions value the great possibilities and the human capital that these people can provide, especially in processes of intergenerational learning and mentoring.

Resumen Este trabajo muestra las principales claves de acceso al empleo y alternativas a este para los desempleados mayores de 45 años, aportadas por expertos en formación y empleo. El estudio se aborda a través del análisis del discurso de las entrevistas a expertos. Las conclusiones ponen en valor el gran potencial y el capital humano que pueden aportar estas personas, especialmente en procesos de aprendizaje intergeneracional y mentoría. Resumo Este trabalho revela as principais vias de acesso ao emprego e alternativas a este para os desempregados maiores de 45 anos, apontadas por especialistas em formação e emprego. As conclusões sublinham o grande potencial e o capital humano que podem significar estas pessoas, especialmente em processos de aprendizagem intergeracional e de mentoria.
