Abstract

Coronary heart disease is the world's biggest killer. Coronary heart disease is influenced by several risk factors such as age, gender, blood pressure, body mass index, physical activity, diabetes mellitus and smoking habits. This study aims to describe the age, sex, blood pressure, body mass index, physical activity, diabetes mellitus, smoking habits and describe the level of risk for coronary heart disease in 10 years according to The Jakarta cardiovascular score. This study is a descriptive study with cross sectional study design. The population in this study are workers in the district office of South Cimahi, the number of respondents as many as 45 and the sample was taken using simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, the majority of workers in South Cimahi sub-district are male and have an age range of 50-54 years, namely 11 people (24.44%). Workers in the district office of South Cimahi who have blood pressure with hypertension category as many as 4 people (8.9%). The majority of workers in the South cimahi district office have normal sugar levels (97.8%). Workers in the South Cimahi district office included in the obesity category are 4 people (8.9%). Most of the workers in the South Cimahi district office are smokers, as many as 23 people (51.1%). The average worker in the South Cimahi district office has heavy physical activity, namely 24 people (53.3%). Based on The Jakarta cardiovascular score tool, workers in the South cimahi sub-district office have a low risk category of 13 respondents (28.9%), 26 respondents (57.8%) are included in the medium risk category and 6 respondents (13.3%) are high risk. Risk factors for coronary heart disease in workers in the South cimahi district office based on The Jakarta cardiovascular score are mostly classified in the medium risk category, so education and Prevention are needed
