Abstract
On the basis of a thermodynamic method and the theory of representations the black-white crystallographic groups of possible structural phase transitions in magnetic and non-magnetic crystals are considered. The full list of tensorial bases of representations was established. It was shown, that the rank of the minimal basis for all classes of this group does not surpass the value of three. Complete description of possible structural phase transitions in magnetic crystals was constructed and the physical sense of transition parameters was specified.
