Abstract

The work considers descriptions of electrode reactions in the context of their application as boundary conditions in solution of problems of calculation of processes in electrochemical reactions. Methods of setting polarization curve equations under changing conditions of occurrence of electrochemical reactions are presented, in particular for the dependence of equilibrium potential and exchange current on the concentration of the electroactive component. The effect of hydrodynamic conditions on the polarization dependence of current density on potential is considered in a flow 3D electrode.
