Abstract

Methods of mathematical simulation of chiral guiding structures are considered. A rectangular chiral waveguide is calculated with the use of the mixed-finite-element method. For a plane-parallel waveguide with a chiral filling, the fields are obtained on the basis of an analytic solution via the finite-difference method.
