Nature and Culture, in Mexico City, and its position of decentralization in relation to the budget allocated to carry it out, in order to evidence the inconsistencies in its approach and exercise. Through a documentary analysis, it has been detected that said governmental dependency, in the 2018-2024 period, has insisted that such project complies with that stance due to the impact it will have on the rest of the country, through the implementation of calls, circuits and tours.
