Abstract
The Science and Technology Program for the Community in the form of Electrical System Design and Installation for the Soreang I Hamlet Community for the Poor group aims to realize rural electricity in order to overcome the lack of electricity which has been felt by the poor in Soreang I Hamlet, providing an understanding of electricity and maintenance and repair of electrical systems according to PUIL. The method adopted in carrying out this activity was first by conducting counseling related to how to install a safe and correct electrical installation in accordance with PUIL 2000. Second, make plans through location diagrams and wiring diagrams and the selection of electrical components and equipment and install electrical installations. Third, conduct an evaluation by checking the use of the type of cable, connecting cables, positioning the electrical equipment in accordance with PUIL 2011 and the last is periodic inspection. The output from IbM is the first, the installation of an electrical installation based on 1 resident's house in Soreang Hamlet on behalf of Jupri Dg Tojeng, both groups of people know how to install, maintain and repair electrical installations that are good and correct according to PUIL 2011.
