Summary
Francisco Peixoto de Magalhães Netto (EESP), recém-implantada, foi constituída em um contexto identificado como de transição e indefinições, sem um momento prévio, amplo e organizado dentro da Secretaria de Saúde do Estado da Bahia (SESAB) para discussão e amadurecimento sobre sua finalidade e sua nova estrutura organizacional e gerencial.[1] Diante deste fato, iniciou-se um processo participativo de planejamento e posterior construção do Projeto Político-Pedagógico (PPP), entre 2003-2004, em parte voltado para a construção do novo, mas, também, tencionado em face do desafio que esse novo poderia representar, seja pela ruptura com antigos modelos, seja pela necessidade de assumir uma postura mais propositiva e singular.
