Dermoscopic appearance of a rare localization of Merckel carcinoma
Highlights
We report an observation of a middle-aged man with merckel carcinoma in the right buttock, and we describe his dermoscopic appearance
A 53-year-old man had presented a tumor in the right gluteal region for 7 months
Dermatologic examination showed an ulcerative budding tumor 10 cm in diameter taking the right gluteal region bleeding on contact

We report an observation of a middle-aged man with merckel carcinoma in the right buttock, and we describe his dermoscopic appearance. A 53-year-old man had presented a tumor in the right gluteal region for 7 months.
