Abstract
Two cases of widespread psoriasiform eruption in HIV-seropositive patients are reported. Histologically closely similar to seborrheic dermatitis and clinically to psoriasis, the eruption escapes any clear-cut classification and its etiopathogeny remains highly speculative. A review of the literature is presented.
