Abstract

ABSTRACT This is a case study of a 69-year-old man who presented with fever of unknown origin, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, confusion, and expressive aphasia with multiple dermatological abnormalities, including Osler nodes, Janeway lesions, petechia on conjunctiva of eyes, and splinter hemorrhages underneath the nails. After further assessment, the patient was diagnosed with infective endocarditis.
