Abstract
In educational data mining, the creative perception is one of the factors for analyzing the creative perception of the student in the class room. In formal education, Creativity perception analysis can be viewed as environmental sensitivity, initiative, intellectuality, self-strength, individuality and artistry. This analysis can be made into three categories person (personality), process (aptitude, problem solving skill) and product (performance). Khatena-Torrance Creative Perception Inventory (KTCPI) used to identify the students' creativity perception level, which influences the performance of students studying in the higher education. Machine learning techniques are helpful to determine the relationship between creativity perception levels with urban and rural students' performance.
