Abstract
Di- tert-butyl esters of the tetra- O-acetyl and tetra- O-benzyl derivatives or S-α- and -β- D-glucopyranosyl thiophosphates were prepared by reaction of di- tert-butyl triethylammonium phosphorothioate with tetra- O-acetyl- or tetra- O-benzyl-hexopyranosyl halides.
