Abstract

The relativistic hydrodynamic equations of dissipative processes occurring in a gas are derived from the relativistic kinetic equation using a generalization of the method of moments developed for the non-relativistic case. A dependence of the heat conductivity and viscosity coefficients on the differential cross section for the gas particle interaction and on the local gas temperature is noted.
