Abstract
Maxwell's equations accounting for diffusion current was derived. Maxwell's equations are used to derive Klein-Gordon equation by replacing the electric field intensity by the wave function. Anew quantum equation which accounts for relativistic rest mass energy beside potential energy as well as medium friction is also derived.
